How to maintain a good attitude, preserve your sanity and stay mentally healthy as conditions around us get worse.
It is critical to our survival to know and understand reality. The people that succeed even through the bad times will be the people that keep up with events and strive to know the truth.
The challenge is how to do this and not get emotionally destroyed by all the bad news.
Of course there are the basics; restful sleep, proper nutrition, plenty of clean water, and exercise.
There are some very simple techniques that are extremely effective.
Here are 5.
1. Maintain clarity of thought. Avoid mind altering substances.
2. Goal contracts. See sample here. Set goals and embed them in your psychic. Review them last thing before you go to sleep and first thing when you wake up. Let your subconscious mind contribute in guiding you and helping you solve your problems.
3. Maintain balance. Probably the quickest, easiest and most effective approach is to practice "The Five Tibetan Rites" on a daily basis.
